Inspired by Indian traditions, this skincare is enriched with Sesame oil, an Ayurvedic active ingredient par excellence, renowned for its wealth of nourishing and restructuring essential fatty acids (omegas 6 and 3). Nourished and subtly scented, skin is left supple and velvety soft once more, without a greasy finish.

This product can also be used on hair, following the SHIRO-ABHYANGA technique, which means OIL BATH for the head. Practised in line with Indian tradition with Sesame oil, this Ayurvedic massage restores shine and softness to hair.

Before application, warm a little oil in your hands. Breathe in to enjoy the soothing effect of the essential oils. Use every day as a nourishing oil all over the body, or at the end of the day as a soothing oil on joints and areas of tension.

Take a few minutes to bring this moment of relaxation to a close, sitting in a cross-legged or lotus position, and breathe calmly and deeply ten times.

Use weekly as an oil bath for hair: Apply to clean hair, massage the scalp correctly and leave on overnight before washing hair.
