Delivery Location

Thalgo.com.au services Australian orders only. International orders cannot be accepted.

 

Delivery Times

All orders placed on Thalgo.com.au by 11am AEST Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day.

Thalgo Australia endeavours to use the most efficient shipping companies and couriers, and our preferred shipper is Direct Freight.

To check how long it will take to receive your shipment, you can use the “check transit time” calculator on the Direct Freight website www.directfreight.com.au, shipping from Seven Hills NSW (postcode 2147).

Please note, during sale and peak periods, your shipment may take longer to dispatch. 

 

Delivery Charges

Orders $100 or more will be shipped free of charge. All other orders will be charged AU $9.95 for standard shipping.

 

Delivery Tracking

Once the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel directly with the couriers. If you created an account, you can also find your tracking link in ‘My Account’.

Please contact the couriers directly for any queries relating to the estimated delivery time of your shipment at www.directfreight.com.au.

Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via road freight. 

 

Authority to leave without signature

Our couriers will deliver without collecting a signature as a default. You can opt-in to sign for your shipment and to a receive proof of delivery. By waiving the signature, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Redelivery charges may apply if the delivery cannot be made on the first attempt.
